What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging role where I can use insurance operations, technical project management, RFQ management, and client servicing to drive business growth and service excellence.

At Ace Insurance Brokers, I manage end-to-end policy servicing, RFQ creation, client relationships, and technical oversight for the Ace EB Portal. I coordinate insurers, TPAs, clients, and technology teams to support accurate issuance, endorsements, onboarding, UAT, and client-specific enrolment initiatives.

Previously at Go Digit General Insurance, I supported GHI/GPA renewals and new business by generating quotes, coordinating with underwriting, and maintaining daily MIS reports. At TATA AIG, I managed direct corporate relationships and group health and personal accident insurance solutions for SME and non-SME clients across Pan-India distribution channels.

I focus on timely resolution, data and premium accuracy, renewal retention, and tailored client support. I continue building my data skills through Microsoft Excel and data analysis certifications.
