What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative, HR, payroll, or operations role where I can coordinate records, compliance, onboarding, and financial processes while supporting management with accuracy and discretion.

At Farmacia Conquistador, I managed HR processes, payroll, timekeeping, employee records, accounts payable, and financial records in QuickBooks.

I coordinated pharmacy licensing and permits with the DEA, Department of Health, ASSMCA, Fire Department, and SURI while supporting HIPAA, Fraud & Abuse, medical plan credentialing, and contract compliance requirements.

Previously, I supported Farmacias Cristina y Supermercado Famcoop Valencia with payroll and HR records for more than 50 employees, onboarding, vendor contracts, maintenance coordination, and vehicle registrations.

My administrative background also includes supporting EVERTEC's SURI project, Computer House Inc., Open MRI of PR, and United Glass Company through reporting, inventory, customer service, records management, invoicing, and bilingual document translation.
