I’m a highly motivated Business Development Manager with an Msc. In my current role at BERGER PAINT NIGERIA PLC, I develop business development strategy, conduct market research and analysis, and strengthen client relationships to improve customer engagement. I achieved 119.753m Sales Actual (67.9%) of the 176.329m H1 2025 Sales Target, grew Sales Revenue by 108.1%, secured a multi-year supply stream window with three top-tier oil & gas companies, and maintained a 100% compliance record with clean audits.
Previously, I served as Business Development Manager at Applied Engineering Technology Initiative (AETI) Limited, an engineering consulting company providing technical recruitment, outsourcing, training, and consulting across Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Construction, and Telecommunications. I also led sales as Sales Team Lead at Declust (formerly KPAMO), supporting go-to-market efforts for a security solution access code platform for Estates, Schools, and organizations.
Before transitioning further into commercial growth, I built strong operational engineering experience as a Sales Engineer at Kaduna electricity and distribution company (Kaedco), supporting preventive and planned maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across distribution networks. I spearheaded construction of multiple 33kva (Olam farm) High Tension lines and worked on 33kva breaker and communication panel implementation, while continuing to present research work and contribute as a private tutor.
