What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and develop people while combining sales, coaching, and operations—building training programs, improving performance, and delivering consistent service in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

I’m an Assistant Manager and Personal Trainer who focuses on building strong teams and delivering consistently excellent member experiences. I lead staff to maintain high member satisfaction ratings and translate that momentum into retention and sales.

In my current role, I develop and implement training programs across sales, customer service, and personal training techniques. I also handle performance reviews and create development plans to improve retention, while overseeing payroll and staff scheduling to keep operations running smoothly.

I bring a data-and-process mindset too—I analyze P&L statements to identify trends and areas for improvement in service offerings, and I’ve trained others to follow safety protocols and improve delivery efficiency. Across fitness and logistics environments, I’m known for real-time troubleshooting, route/process optimization, and coaching people to perform at their best.
