What I'm looking for

I'm looking for new technical challenges, opportunities to learn new systems, and a collaborative role where I can support a growing organization's mission.

I've managed thousands of BYOD and enterprise devices across SaaS MDM and UEM platforms, including a 1,500-device global migration from ActiveSync to MobileIron at Hitachi Data Systems and 2,000 provider devices at Augmedix.

At TEKsystems supporting Albertson's, I helped plan device migration from AirWatch and Intune to SOTI while providing L4 support. I've also administered AirWatch, MobileIron, Intune, SOTI, Cisco Meraki, Apple Business Manager, MAM, and endpoint environments, delivering L1 through L4 triage, remediation, and escalation. I'm motivated by new challenges, systems, and opportunities to contribute to a growing organization.
