I've spent 15+ years building, integrating, and supporting enterprise mobile device management and mobile threat defense solutions for federal agencies and large organizations.

At CGI Federal, I configured MobileIron, Intune, Lookout, and Zimperium environments for multiple agencies, providing remote Teams support, documentation, and service desk guidance. Previously at ATF and FDA, I managed AirWatch and XenMobile environments, supported audits, tested devices and applications, and developed mobility roadmaps.

I've also led cloud XenMobile implementations, supported mobility deployments for more than 5,000 users, and created SOPs, FAQs, user guides, and knowledge base content that make complex mobility ecosystems easier to manage.
