I've supported USAID LMA, GAVI UPS Foundation LMD, FCDO-funded education, food security, resilience, livelihoods, health, education, social protection, and community development programmes through monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning.
As a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Consultant, I designed evaluation methodologies, led quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, and produced evidence-based recommendations. I led a comparative evaluation of warehouse safety-net food distribution models that informed operational improvements.
At Education Development Trust's TARGET Project, I led the MEL framework, performance monitoring plans, indicator tracking, data quality assessments, dashboards, donor reporting, and learning workshops. I also strengthened MEL capacity among project staff, partners, and government counterparts.
Previously at Food for the Hungry Ethiopia, I coordinated knowledge management and learning initiatives, documented lessons and success stories, and strengthened evidence use for programme adaptation and decision-making.
