I lead monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning systems for donor-funded programmes in Ethiopia, with over 10 years of experience across agriculture, health, humanitarian response, and education.

At TechnoServe, I lead the MEL framework for a climate-resilient coffee farming programme, covering outcome measurement, beneficiary tracking, digital data collection, longitudinal evaluations, and adaptive management across Sidama, Oromia, and Southern Ethiopia.

Previously, I supported COVAX rollout monitoring with Acasus and led MEAL for Helvetas humanitarian and recovery programming serving conflict-affected and internally displaced communities in Oromia and Tigray.

At Camara Education, I designed monitoring and learning systems for nationwide digital education programmes, using large-scale datasets and longitudinal studies to assess digital literacy, teaching practice, and student learning outcomes. I bring applied statistics, survey design, data quality assurance, and donor reporting experience to evidence-based programme decisions.
