I am a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation professional with over 14 years of experience leading M&E, program design, and implementation for development and humanitarian projects across Ethiopia. I have a strong track record in Results-Based Management, project cycle management, Logical Framework Analysis, and Theory of Change, and I consistently deliver improved program outputs through data-driven decision making and stakeholder engagement.
