What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an immediate, full-time role in logistics, food service, or project management where I can build scalable systems, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and lead international or multicultural teams. I'm open to relocation in Switzerland or internationally.

I've built and scaled food, logistics, and operations businesses, including FOODZ Ukraine, where I developed a central-kitchen model spanning 21 kitchens and 15 brands. We reached $1M per month within 18 months, built a team of around 400 people, and reduced operating costs by 15x.

At the Swiss Red Cross, I created a daily refugee food-supply system and coordinated efficient project delivery while reducing operating costs by more than fivefold within safety standards and budgets. My work combines supply-chain optimisation, international logistics, HACCP compliance, vertical integration, and ERP/MES implementation.

I've also founded meat, seafood, restaurant, import-export, and technical maintenance businesses, and led teams of more than 300 people across Ukraine and Russia. I'm ready to bring measurable operational efficiency, scalable systems, and hands-on project leadership to logistics, food service, or project management.
