What I'm looking for

I'm targeting roles in consumer lending product leadership, general management, lending operations, regional business leadership, and digital transformation, including Head of Product, Product Director, COO, and Head of Lending positions.

At CZT Service Sdn Bhd and CZT Leasing Sdn Bhd, I built consumer finance and leasing businesses from scratch, taking responsibility for P&L, operations, credit, collections, compliance and growth. I drove monthly disbursements of RM4M+ and directed digitalisation of onboarding, payments, reporting and collections with technology vendors.

At MCK Group Pte Ltd, I oversaw consumer, SME, commercial and corporate lending and leasing across six related companies. I managed a ~S$50M portfolio and S$5.5M–6.0M in monthly disbursements, holding bad debt at 1.5%–2%. I also led the acquisition and integration of two licensed lending businesses.

I launched online hire-purchase, leasing and digital lending services, working directly with developers on requirements, testing and rollout. I also supported the setup and launch of a licensed lending and remittance operation in Hong Kong.
