What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own credit risk or payment operations end-to-end—partnering with C-level teams, strengthening frameworks and reporting, and using automation to scale efficiently in a fast-growing fintech environment.

I’m a senior finance and operations leader with 12+ years in fintech and payments, scaling an early-stage APAC startup and later driving regional credit risk at enterprise level. I combine deep financial analysis with practical operational discipline—owning P&L, cashflow planning, reconciliations, and month-end performance.

In payment operations and finance, I’ve integrated partners and upgraded backend systems to accelerate settlements and reduce costs, and I’ve built dashboards and automated processes to improve efficiency and scalability. I’ve also set up finance operations across multiple APAC locations, strengthened governance through audits, and ensured compliance with AML/KYC requirements.

In my current role, I manage enterprise credit risk across APAC and China—developing issuer profiling and transaction risk assessment frameworks, setting limits, and monitoring exposure to provide clear reporting and recommendations to C-level stakeholders. I bring a collaborative approach across sales, legal, compliance, and operations, and I’ve contributed to major milestones including a Singapore payments licence, Series A scaling, and measurable profit growth.
