I’m a strategic IT Service Management professional with 8+ years of progressive experience designing and delivering high-availability, secure, and regulation-ready IT environments across corporate, healthcare, hospitality, and enterprise sectors. I bridge technology and business to govern SLAs, drive major incident response, and consistently turn service complexity into measurable outcomes.

In my current role as IT Manager at Bidwood Suites Hotel, I own the full strategic and operational management of IT services across a 24/7 hospitality environment. I develop and enforce IT policies and procedures for data protection and access control, ensure compliance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act 2019 and PCI DSS, and lead incident/problem management and IT business continuity planning.

Previously, as IT Technical & Network Head at Do shi Group of Companies, I directed enterprise-wide IT service delivery for 200+ users, established ITIL-aligned incident/change/problem processes, and led major incident command with executive communication and structured post-incident reviews. I also implemented cloud-based security and compliance controls, governed SLAs and dashboards, supported internal audits with audit-ready evidence, and improved operational efficiency through RPA.
