What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen my backend and AI engineering skills while applying my experience in production support, SQL investigation, Azure monitoring, and incident resolution.

At INDXO.AI, deployed on-site at Tata Electronics, I provide round-the-clock technical support for a live MES platform running Apple assembly lines in a zero-downtime environment.

I investigate production incidents through SQL queries, log tracking, data correction, incident verification, Azure Portal, and Azure Monitor. I work with DBA and infrastructure teams to identify probable root causes, resolve issues, and keep shop-floor operations informed through clear voice-based communication.

I'm strengthening my backend and AI engineering capabilities through NIIT's Building Agentic AI Systems training, alongside Python scripting, full-stack development, and Microsoft Azure certifications.
