At Reliance Jio on the Jio BlackRock Project, I support production application operations as an L2 Application Support Engineer. I monitor application health with Azure Monitor and troubleshoot incidents alongside L3 and development teams.
I support APIs, microservices, and backend services running on AKS, Azure App Services, and NGINX Ingress. I analyze logs through ELK Stack, Redis logging, and Azure Log Analytics, and work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
During my Jio internship, I helped deploy and monitor applications across AWS, Azure, and Jio Cloud. I worked with VMs, storage, load balancers, networking, databases, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Grafana.
I've also built an NLP chatbot, a house-price prediction model, an AWS-based online examination system, and a cloud migration service. My work combines Python, cloud platforms, database management, and practical production support.
