I’m an enthusiastic, compassionate professional with experience across customer service, hospitality, retail sales, and early childhood education. I bring strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills from fast-paced, people-focused environments.

As a Substitute teacher, I supervise and guide students during class and activities, ensuring safety for students aged 2 through 3rd grade. I implement provided lesson plans, manage the classroom effectively, and adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles, including students needing accommodations under the ADA.

Beyond teaching, I’ve led teams and supported customers as a Sales Lead, recommending merchandise based on needs and preferences and managing daily KPI goals for a team of three to five. Earlier roles in hospitality strengthened my reliability and patience when handling guest inquiries, payments, and requests in a professional, courteous way.

I’m also trained in information security and identity protection, monitoring systems for threats and coordinating resolution of identity theft claims. With Childcare and ADA certifications, plus CPR certification, I’m ready to create a nurturing, well-organized environment where children and families feel supported.
