I'm responsible for vehicle planning and operations at MOIA Operations Germany, ensuring the availability of 550 vehicles in Hamburg and Hannover and raising seasonal availability to at least 95%.
Previously, I held end-to-end operational and P&L responsibility across four Otoqi locations, generating more than €150k MRR while leading three supervisors and 45 agents. I managed key accounts including Miles, Free2move, and Stadtmobil across SLAs, forecasting, quality controls, and escalations.
At TIER, I managed three locations, six-figure budgets, a 40-person team, fleet operations, and data-driven process improvements. I enjoy building scalable operating structures, developing teams, and steering KPIs, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
