I’m looking for an operations leadership role where I can own budgets and P&L, strengthen regulatory compliance, and improve service quality through team development, process improvement, and dependable customer outcomes.

I’m an operations and team-leadership professional with 7+ years of progressive experience directing multi-area service operations. I own budgets and P&L, build high-performing teams, and consistently improve operational efficiency while controlling costs.

Most recently, as an Assistant Director, Dining & Catering Services, I directed daily operations across a multi-area service program—supervising managers and frontline staff to deliver consistent quality and meet client-satisfaction targets. I partnered on budgeting and financial reporting to identify efficiency gains across labor and supply spend, and I built training programs that strengthened safety compliance and overall team performance.

Previously, I held full P&L ownership as a General Manager in a high-volume unit, recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and setting accountability through performance reviews. I also standardized daily execution through operating policies and managed inventory in a computerized system to reduce waste and stockouts.

Earlier in my career, I led dietary operations for a 40+ resident facility with a $20,000 monthly budget, ensuring regulatory adherence and accurate records and documentation using EHR/PointClickCare. I’ve also supervised production as a Lead Cook / Supervisor, enforcing handling, storage, and sanitation standards in compliance with state and federal regulations—always prioritizing quality assurance and dependable service.
