Senior operations leader with 20+ years across insurance, financial services and professional services. I lead distributed teams, strengthen KPI accountability, improve workflows and turn strategy into reliable client delivery, operational discipline and commercial performance.

I am an operations executive with more than 20 years of progressively senior experience across insurance, premium finance, financial services and professional services. I progressed from Operations Manager to General Manager and Managing Director, leading national operations, commercial execution and cross-functional teams.

At Fulcrum Premium Finance SA, I supported annual capital deployment exceeding R250 million and annual business throughput exceeding R1 billion. I also built and retained a core operations team of 13 with no voluntary resignations across more than 12 years, protecting institutional knowledge, service continuity and team cohesion.

My leadership style is consultative, inclusive and service-led. I involve employees in decisions where their operational experience adds value, establish clear expectations and then create shared accountability for delivering the agreed direction. I believe strong leadership combines fairness and trust with consistent standards and honest performance management.
