As a Social Work Graduate Intern, I implemented child empowerment programs and community-based rehabilitation initiatives for children with disabilities. I conducted needs assessments, developed care plans, and linked families with essential services, ensuring inclusive education and health support for children aged 0 to 25 years.

Worked under the Pathways project, conducting thorough needs assessments for children, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with various agencies to ensure coordinated support for children and families. Focused on child protection and addressing family issues impacting child well-being.

Provided casework for hospitalized clients, discussing treatment management with health professionals and offering grief counseling and support for children living with HIV. Ensured clients received necessary in-home healthcare upon discharge.
