What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile delivery and product outcomes for cross-functional teams, using my healthcare, banking, SaaS, and AI-enabled workflow experience to turn business needs into reliable releases.

I'm currently leading Agile delivery at AlThinkerds India Pvt. Ltd. for a patient engagement platform, coordinating appointment scheduling, reminders, secure messaging, EHR systems, APIs, Kafka, and Twilio integrations.

I also conduct business analysis for an AI-powered practice management SaaS platform for Chartered Accountant firms, defining requirements, user stories, workflows, KYC frameworks, pricing models, and compliance automation. As Product Owner for an internal HRMS platform, I shape the roadmap and backlog for onboarding, leave, asset, performance, and notification modules.

At Infosys, I served as Technical Lead and Scrum Master for retail banking applications spanning payments, credit cards, statements, direct debits, standing orders, enrolment, and fraud management. I coordinated onsite and offshore teams, releases, risks, defects, dependencies, and production deployments while mentoring junior team members.

My earlier work includes QA leadership and mainframe development across testing, CICS, COBOL, JCL, SQL, DB2, PEGA, and batch processing. I bring CSPO certification, healthcare and banking domain knowledge, and hands-on use of Jira automation and AI tools to improve requirements, documentation, and Agile workflows.
