I'm looking for a fully remote Agile delivery or Technical Scrum Master role supporting US time-zone collaboration, where I can improve predictable delivery, team health, and transparent reporting across healthcare or financial-services platforms.

I've led Agile delivery for Infosys banking transformation and Broadridge financial-services programs, improving sprint commitment reliability from 58% to 87% and enabling weekly deployments.

At Agastha Software, I led architecture and development of HIPAA-compliant EMR and billing microservices using Java, Spring Boot, FHIR/HL7, and OAuth2/JWT. I cut API response time by 65% while supporting 10k+ daily transactions and led a monolith-to-microservices migration.
