At TJX Canada, I partner with senior leaders across Canada, the U.S., U.K., and Distribution Centres to align people strategies with business priorities across Global Sourcing & Procurement, IT, Continuous Improvement, Workplace Services, and Loss Prevention.

I've led workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational change, complex employee relations matters, investigations, and leadership coaching. I use workforce data and HR metrics to strengthen engagement, retention, performance, and informed decision-making.

Previously at MHI Canada Aerospace, I supported an organization of more than 850 employees, implemented HRIS, ATS, employee portal, and performance management systems, and delivered full-cycle recruitment, training, and HR programs. My earlier work at Coca-Cola Refreshments included job analysis, job design, classification, compensation-grade evaluation, and job evaluation process implementation.
