I’m a Cloud Technical Support Analyst who delivers enterprise application support with a strong focus on reliability, SLAs, and measurable uptime. In my current role at Accenture, I handle ServiceNow (INC/TASK/Change Requests) across priority levels, investigate and resolve incidents, support Office365 and Active Directory needs, and assist end-users with remote connect and escalations.

Previously at Capgemini, I supported Open Banking customer authentication applications by monitoring performance, troubleshooting production incidents, and coordinating with teams to minimize downtime.
