I'm currently supporting US mortgage post-closing operations at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited, where I audit residential loan files for completeness, compliance, and funding readiness. I review Closing Disclosures, appraisals, title, insurance, tax, VOE, bank statements, and DU/LP findings while using ComplianceEase to identify regulatory exceptions.
Previously at ESPL, a BSI Financial Services Company, I managed escrow tax payments, performed shortage, surplus, and reserve calculations, and handled REO tax payments through wire and check transactions.
