At WNS Global Services, I manage US residential mortgage operations across pre-processing, live underwriting support, and loan closing. I review borrower and loan documentation and support Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan processes.
I support closing after Clear to Close, including reconciling lender fees, prepaids, escrows, and title charges. I also support TRID tolerance checks, Closing Disclosure delivery, and the final closing package.
As a Quality Analyst at WNS Global Services and previously at COFORGE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, I created end-to-end test scenarios, maintained Excel-based QA records, and reported quality results. I also supported process improvement and trained new recruits at WNS Global Services.
