What I'm looking for

I'm looking to return to hands-on Gainsight administrator work and am completing the updated Gainsight Administrator certification while pursuing Level 3 certification.

At RJEYS Consulting, contracted to Gainsight, Inc., I validated the migration of core Customer Success modules from SFDC to Gainsight NXT. I identified migration discrepancies and defects by comparing configurations with expected functionality.

I also fixed and reconfigured migrated features, rules, and settings, and documented issues and resolutions. Earlier, at Tata Consultancy Services, I developed and maintained Java components for a Private Bank Incentive Compensation System.
