At Accenture, I develop and maintain Selenium automation for CitiBank’s digital retail banking workflows, covering account opening, fund transfers, and customer service requests. I also validate APIs with REST Assured and check transaction data across UI, API, and database layers.
On Accenture’s AT&T Sales Management project, I supported testing for a Salesforce application tracking product sales. At Infosys, I wrote Selenium and Java automation tests for HSBC’s OBKYC application using BDD Cucumber.
Earlier, I supported Salesforce applications at Capgemini for GE Healthcare’s PQM and at Accenture for Cisco’s WebEx. Across these projects, I worked on functional and regression testing, defect tracking, and automation frameworks; I also mentored and trained QA team members.
