In my role as Remote Operations & Scheduling Manager (National Petroleum), I managed end-to-end scheduling for a fleet of 20+ mobile resources and aligned driver availability with forecasted demand to achieve 100% on-time service delivery. As the primary operational controller in the PST time zone, I monitored real-time performance and made immediate schedule adjustments to cover unplanned absences or delays.
