Deepanshu Jakhar

I’m an MBA (HR) student with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. I’ve supported end-to-end hiring workflows, from sourcing and resume screening to interview coordination.

During my HR Recruitment Internship at GAO TEK.INC (Remote), I conducted resume screening and shortlisted candidates based on job requirements. I coordinated interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases in MS Excel.

I also focused on operational accuracy—verifying candidate documentation and onboarding records to support smooth hiring transitions. I’m comfortable working in a remote HR environment and keeping processes organized and timely.

Alongside practical work, I’ve built my foundation through LinkedIn Learning (Talent Acquisition Foundations, HR Fundamentals) and an MS Excel course. With my background in HR and Marketing, plus data-oriented skills, I’m eager to contribute to talent acquisition and HR management.
