At Yulu Bikes Pvt Ltd, I head the central Repair & Maintenance function and am redesigning repair flows across 25 Pan-India workshops ahead of a planned fleet scale-up. I’m standardizing workshops and simplifying the Yuzen mechanic app for scale-readiness.
Previously at Yulu, I reduced stock variance by 80% and achieved zero-observation inventory audits with Deloitte and EY. I also helped cut the spare cost ratio from 15% to 10% and increased mechanic productivity by 48%.
Earlier, I digitized maintenance workflows at Tata Steel Ltd using SAP PM, and delivered 93% availability across 17 HEMM units at Epiroc Mining India Ltd. I also built SQL and Metabase dashboards for inventory and repair tracking, as well as internal tools using React and Supabase.
