I work as a Junior Operations Analyst handling business-analysis functions on the CPAS platform for the Saxon Pensions client account at Manomay Insurtech Ltd.

I gather and document requirements, then map AS-IS vs. TO-BE enrollment and update workflows to spot gaps and document improvements for daily policy updates, member enrollments, and benefit modifications.

I validate processed transactions against business rules and client requirements as a quality checkpoint before client sign-off—along with UAT-equivalent validation in the BA workflow.

I’ve also supported CPAS business requirements work for STPP and CPP insurance/pension portals, and led a 4-member team on Saxon workflows to improve throughput during peak processing cycles.
