At Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, I led delivery of an AI/ML-enabled cancer care solution that supports patient journeys from case intake through treatment. I worked with a 40-member global team and coordinated Agile delivery, vendor engagement, and release planning.
At Pega Systems, I was Principal Scrum Master for a global Pega platform program, supporting search capability enhancements through SAFe execution, release governance, and UAT readiness. I also delivered SAFe training and coaching for teams transitioning to Agile at scale.

I helped synchronise software sprints with hardware manufacturing cycles and contributed to virtual device simulators, zero-touch provisioning, and remote firmware delivery.
