What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can support people directly—leading service operations or delivering psychology and educational facilitation in international, multicultural settings, with space to coordinate teams and create safe, high-quality experiences.

I led guest experience operations at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, coordinating daily flow, scheduling, and cross-department work to deliver premium experiences for international guests.

I handled complex guest inquiries and training—mentoring new team members while keeping service standards high in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

In Chișinău, I’ve worked as a Psychologist supporting students and families, running individual and group sessions on emotional conflict resolution and social integration.
