I’m a Certified Nursing Assistant committed to safe, compassionate care. I provide hands-on support such as bathing, feeding, giving medicine, and supporting resident mobility through transport and transfers.

Since earning my nursing assistance certification in May 2023, I’ve worked in long-term care settings, helping residents with day-to-day needs while maintaining attention to detail and strong patient interaction. I also hold First Aid, CPR, and BLS certifications, along with a State Tested Nursing Assistant credential.

Beyond clinical care, I bring a customer-focused, reliable service background. As a 100% remote Insurance Representative, I handled inbound calls and emails, explained member plan breakdowns, and supported stop payments and checks—always aiming for accurate, helpful communication.

I’ve also led and supported teams through shift management and operational tasks. As an Assistant Manager, I ran shifts, handled paperwork, and delegated responsibilities, and I’ve strengthened my scheduling, time management, office support, and data entry skills along the way.
