I am a 20+ year IT professional with extensive experience in back-end development, Business Analysis and Technical Project Management. My career has been dedicated to optimizing processes and enhancing the quality of data management systems. This has allowed me to deliver significant improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. I am currently looking to return to the IT field as a Business Analyst, where I can leverage my skills to drive impactful business solutions.

During my tenure at CVS Health, I successfully saved over 200 hours in development time by proposing an alternate design for getting data from our Retail Data Warehouse to our web-based Promo Order Guide. Another initiative I was able to reduce batch load time by 75% allowing dependent job streams to begin much earlier. My role has involved managing technical projects for retail merchandising applications, migrating MDM data, data integration of various data sets into downstream systems, mentoring interns, and assisting QA with test case scenarios/plans.

In addition to my technical skills, my background also includes facilitating business requirement meetings, creating comprehensive business requirement documents, translating complex requirements into technical specifications for developers, creating data models, process and data flow diagrams and use cases.

I am proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and various database management systems, which enables me to write complex queries and develop efficient data processing solutions. I am passionate about using my expertise to help organizations make informed decisions and achieve their business goals.
