What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve international admissions operations, guide students through high-quality counselling and visa processes, and contribute to scalable student engagement, CRM, and recruitment practices.

At Formee Express, I'm helping build the international admissions vertical from the ground up, including university-shortlisting frameworks, counselling workflows, CRM processes, and lead-qualification practices.

Previously at Leap Scholar, I progressed to Lead Counselor through three promotions. I counselled 2,000+ students, facilitated 50+ visa approvals, and managed the full admissions journey from profile evaluation and applications to visa support.

I've supported admissions across the USA, UK, Ireland, Germany, Dubai, Malaysia, China, Australia, and European destinations. My work includes premium consulting for German public universities, documentation, SOP guidance, financial planning, and university coordination.

I also bring consultative sales and customer-engagement experience from Livspace. I enjoy mentoring new counsellors, improving CRM workflows, and creating a strong student experience while delivering business outcomes.
