What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote administrative or healthcare operations role where I can support scheduling, payroll, compliance, records management, and coordinated service delivery.

At Care Cuddle, I coordinate up to 50 weekly appointments across 11 clients, process payroll for a 15-person care team in Sage, and keep remote operations running smoothly through Google Workspace and WhatsApp.

I bring a compliance-focused clinical background from pharmacy roles at Lifeback Pharmacy, Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Yaba, Sheba Pharmacy, Safecare Pharmacy, and Orchard Pharmacy. I’ve maintained EMR records, verified prescriptions, processed HMO documentation, coordinated patient information with multidisciplinary teams, and supported patient counselling.
