At Valtech, I built Power BI dashboards with DAX measures to track enrollment, attrition, and proficiency for 600+ employees across 4 countries. I worked with HRBPs and regional leaders to turn their requirements into reporting specifications and give leadership visibility into program performance.
I designed and led the Level Mapping Framework, standardizing English-proficiency evaluations across 4 countries and reducing mismatched reassignments. I also created a self-service Excel dashboard that cut recurring data requests and automated interview evaluations with Vercel.
As an Independent Data Analyst, I audited workforce time entries and project bookings, identifying data-quality issues and recommending validation rules. In my projects, I’ve used Power BI, SQL, and Python to analyze revenue, retention, and business performance and present findings through dashboards and models.
