At EY, I coordinated the regional migration of the Talent system from Oracle to SAP SuccessFactors, working with teams across 13 Latin American countries and the US lead team. I led Spanish-language SIT and UAT execution and documentation, and supported adoption of subsequent modules.

I delivered 13 Talent dashboards and automated Data Integrity through ELT to reconcile Talent and Finance data, reducing a biweekly process from approximately two manual days to 120 minutes. At CIECE Mexico, I design and deliver corporate and customized programs in Excel, Power BI, and analytics, and advise on dashboards, indicators, and automation.
