What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote, full-time or part-time work in customer support, and I'm comfortable supporting multiple employers or clients.

At 143 Strategic VA Solutions, I served as the central contact for an 8-person team. I resolved a recurring calendar conflict by introducing buffer times and built a Trello board that clarified task ownership and helped the agency launch on schedule.

For Independent Clients, I managed inbox correspondence, organized records in Google Drive and Notion, and prepared reports, meeting notes, and research summaries. I also coordinated travel and meeting logistics for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
