I'm looking for a customer operations or escalation role where I can resolve complex issues, improve service processes, build client relationships, collaborate across teams, and contribute to business growth.

I've resolved complex customer issues for TBO, Expedia Group, Accenture, and Amazon across chat, calls, email, phone, and webchat. My work spans travel services, billing, technical troubleshooting, and high-sensitivity escalations.

At Expedia Group and Vrbo, I reconciled accounts, addressed billing discrepancies, worked with third-party providers and technical teams, and supported process improvements as part of a pilot team. I also handled traveler and partner escalations across car rentals, hotels, flights, activities, and delivery-related concerns.
