I’m an e-commerce VA and Shopify store builder based in Pasig City, Philippines. I’ve been building Shopify stores since February 2019 and I’m a Shopify Partner.
Right now I handle customer support for Shopify brands at Shogo.fr: email and chat tickets in Helpwave, order edits, refunds and tracking. In my first week I was clearing 75 to 95 emails per 4-hour shift, and on day one I rebuilt the refund tracking sheet, and the team adopted it.
On the store side I build and run Shopify stores: themes, custom sections, product pages, product listings, collections, SEO, CSV bulk uploads and Google Merchant Center. Recent builds are SnapMeal Protein and JC Daily Creatine. Before that I built Aquariums For Beginners and wrote every one of its blog articles and newsletters.
For marketing, I built and launched 154 Meta ad campaigns for fashion and footwear stores (EUR 38.8K spend, 1.57M impressions, 1,081 purchases), and I make AI ad creatives and AI UGC-style short videos in Canva, CapCut and Google Flow.
I work fully remote with fiber internet, backup 5G and a backup laptop, and I’m happy to cover US, EU or AU hours.
