I’m an experienced Operations, Merchandise Planning and Procurement professional with 25+ years of experience across business operations, inventory, purchasing, ecommerce, retail and administration.

I currently work with Monark Global (Tru Diamonds), a UK company, where I manage merchandise and inventory planning across 600+ SKUs. My role includes demand forecasting, sales and stock analysis, reporting and working with international suppliers across the UK, Vietnam and South Korea.

Previously, as General Manager at Brand Mash, I managed the day-to-day running of the business, including purchasing for 70+ wholesale customers, suppliers, key accounts, budgets, debtors and creditors, HR administration, inventory, reporting and operational processes.

My earlier experience with Fossil Accessories South Africa included buying and stock allocation for 25 retail stores, as well as hands-on ecommerce operations.

I’m highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership. I enjoy solving operational problems, improving processes and using data to make practical business decisions. I also use ChatGPT and have a strong interest in how AI can improve productivity and everyday business processes.
