What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven HR and Risk & Compliance professional with 3.5 years of experience and a CIPD-accredited Master’s in Human Resource Management. I focus on regulatory compliance, talent acquisition, and HR operations in fast-paced, high-volume environments, while keeping audit readiness and data integrity at the center of my work.
I’ve led end-to-end recruitment—using sourcing strategies, ATS filters, and interview coordination to hire for both contract and full-time roles. In my recent roles, I’ve tracked talent acquisition data, managed talent pools and pipeline activities, and strengthened diversity and inclusion initiatives during selection.
I also bring strong HR operations capability, including HR administration, employee onboarding/offboarding support, and GDPR implementation awareness. I’m eager to use data analytics tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel to generate risk insights and improve processes—so companies can reduce risk exposure and grow confidently.
