I’m a retail sales professional with strong customer-service instincts and a results-driven approach to store performance. I’m focused on creating a positive experience so customers leave “highly satisfied” and want to return.

As a Key Sales Associate at Piercing Pagoda, I worked to “satisfy customer wants” while encouraging additional purchases through product knowledge and consistent work ethic. I’m comfortable identifying what a customer needs and matching it with the right merchandise and experience.

I’ve also led teams as a General Manager at RaceTrac Petroleum, and I previously served as a Manager and Crew Trainer at McDonald’s. I managed daily operations, handled customer concerns, trained new employees, and supported coworkers to keep service efficient and standards high.

Alongside my retail and management experience, I have Substitute Teacher experience and a background in caregiving and senior care, including dementia care and memory care. I bring strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to every role, and I’m authorized to work in the US.
