I’m an administrative, public service, and IT support professional with hands-on experience across local government, public sector, and private sector environments. I’m CompTIA A+ certified, and I focus on practical, friendly support that keeps systems working and users moving forward.
In my recent fixed-term role with Galway County Council as a Branch Librarian, I delivered frontline technical support for computer access, software navigation, printing issues, and digital resource troubleshooting.
