Billing Rep & Insurance Coordinator
Manage high-volume inbound calls and follow up on patient and insurance claims to ensure accurate billing and posting. Analyze EOBs and denial messages, process co-pays/deductibles/secondary balances, handle unidentified payments and refund requests, and lead/training for the Insurance Denials Team using Billing Vertex.
