I’m a detail-oriented data entry professional with over 20 years of experience ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality through meticulous data entry, analysis, and reconciliation. In customer billing and billing operations roles, I analyzed, researched, and reconciled billing transactions end to end—updating insurance and demographic fields on invoices, processing payments, reviewing purchase orders, and generating aging reports for performance insights. I also worked directly with denials and claims by analyzing Explanation of Benefits (EOB) messages, investigating unidentified payments, and initiating electronic refund requests when needed.
