At Pit Stop 79 LLC, I designed and built an AI operations system for the coffee kiosk that tracks stock and sales, decides what to reorder, and checks whether the business can afford each order. I write and tune its prompts and rules, and serve customers directly to adjust the product range based on their feedback.
I founded and ran businesses in car servicing and spare parts, and in US car import and resale across Georgia and Kazakhstan, handling sales, customer relationships, sourcing, and cross-border deals. Earlier, at WeCall Services, I handled English-language phone sales and customer support, resolved complaints, and sold beauty products while meeting or beating monthly targets.
