I've built and scaled automotive export, e-commerce, and parts-sales operations at AmeriCars LLC, managing the process from U.S. vehicle sourcing through dismantling, inventory, online sales, logistics, and export.

I built and led a 20-person team across Georgia and the United States, set KPIs and workflows, and managed operating budgets of up to USD 3 million with P&L responsibility. I increased monthly eBay revenue from USD 25,000 to USD 145,000, grew Facebook Marketplace revenue to USD 45,000–65,000 per month, and built vehicle exports to USD 500,000–700,000 per month.

Previously, at JSC Iberia Refreshments, PepsiCo's bottler in Georgia, I managed OPEX procurement, supported CAPEX projects, introduced a multi-step purchase-order approval process, and achieved 6% procurement savings during the first three quarters of 2020.

My experience also includes produce wholesale and logistics, where I helped grow annual sales from GEL 400,000 to GEL 4 million, as well as international supplier negotiations and market linkages. Outside work, I'm a professional drifter and multiple medalist in international motorsport championships.
